How fast can I send my first campaign?
Point Campaign Architect at a website (yours or a client's). It reads the site, builds an ICP, sources and verifies matching contacts, and drafts a 4-step sequence — typically in minutes. Nothing sends until you approve it. After approval, it runs on its own.
Do I have to upload a list?
No — that's the point. Describe the buyer and we find real people who match, then verify their emails before anything goes out. You can also connect your own sending domain so mail comes from you.
Where do the leads come from?
From public business sources — chiefly official company registers (in the UK, Companies House) — matched to your ICP, then email-verified before any send. We don't sell you a stale scraped list; leads are sourced fresh against your target profile. Because this is public B2B data, you remain the data controller and are responsible for holding a lawful basis to contact your specific recipients (GDPR/PECR in the UK/EU, CAN-SPAM in the US). We provide the compliance machinery — verification, one-click opt-out, suppression, rate caps.
Do I need my own cold-email tool, warmup service, or verifier?
No. Sending from warmed inboxes, the deliverability stack, email verification, and reply handling are all built in. You bring a domain; we handle the rest.
Will this burn my domain?
The whole system is built to avoid exactly that. We send plain text only — no images, no tracking pixels. Sends are capped at roughly 50 per inbox per day with a randomized 60–300-second gap, never blasted. Inboxes are warmed, and every domain is set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Bounce and complaint rates are monitored, and a campaign that crosses a deliverability threshold is auto-paused before it does damage.
Can I use my own sending domain and inboxes?
Yes — and we recommend it. You connect them in the dashboard; we configure the authentication records and warm them. Your sending credentials are encrypted at rest — the database never stores them in plain text.
What happens to people who unsubscribe or bounce?
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe (the RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe header Gmail/Yahoo/Microsoft now require) plus a clear opt-out in the body. Anyone who unsubscribes, hard-bounces, or files a spam complaint is added to a suppression list and never contacted again — automatically, across your workspace.
Do you guarantee inbox placement?
No honest vendor can, and we won't pretend to. We enforce every technical guardrail that maximizes placement — authentication, warmup, caps, plain text, suppression, complaint monitoring — but placement also depends on your domain history and content. We give you the best possible odds; we don't sell a guarantee.
Is cold email legal?
Cold B2B outreach is legal in many jurisdictions when done correctly — with a genuine basis to contact the recipient, accurate sender information, and a working opt-out. Rules differ by country (CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR/PECR in the EU/UK). The product is built to support compliant sending; the lawful basis for contacting your specific recipients is yours to hold.
Who's responsible for compliance — you or me?
Under data-protection law you are the controller of the prospect data in your workspace. We act as your processor, handling that data on your instructions, and we provide the technical compliance machinery (authentication, opt-out, suppression, rate caps). Don't import lists you don't have the rights to use.
How do you handle opt-outs and erasure?
Opt-outs are honored automatically via the suppression list. You can request access, correction, export, or erasure of account data, and deleting your account cascades to your workspace data. (Our Privacy Policy and DPA language are being finalized ahead of broad availability.)
What results should I expect?
Cold outbound is a numbers game, and honest answers depend on your offer, list quality, and market — so we won't quote a reply rate we can't stand behind. What we will say: the engine is built to improve as it runs. Every reply is scored and feeds one shared brain that learns which segments, copy, and timing convert — so targeting and copy are designed to get sharper week over week, with no manual tuning from you.
Why is your copy different from other AI email tools?
Most AI email writers hallucinate impressive-sounding metrics. Ours is built not to. Copy is grounded in your real offering and proof points; when there's no concrete metric to cite, it uses honest phrasing instead of inventing a number. There's also an AI pre-send GTM review on every campaign, and a fit-check that won't email a prospect who clearly isn't a buyer.
The email I got from you — did a human write that?
No. The outreach that brought you here was sourced, written, qualified, and sent by Campaign Architect itself. That's the demo.
How does the free trial work?
14 days, full engine unlocked. We capture a card at signup but charge nothing until day 15. Cancel anytime before then and you're never billed.
What does it cost after the trial?
Self-Serve is $99/month for 1,500 emails/month. Higher-volume Done-For-You (6,000/mo) and Agency (10,000/mo) tiers are available — reach out and we'll set you up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, self-serve in the dashboard, no call required. When a subscription is canceled, sending stops at the next gate.
What if I hit my monthly send quota?
Sending pauses for the rest of the billing period (your dashboard shows a live quota meter). Upgrade to lift the ceiling. The per-inbox daily caps always apply on top of the monthly quota.
Whose data is it?
Yours. The leads you source, the domains you connect, and the campaigns you run live in your isolated workspace — separated by tenant, not folders. Another customer can't see your data, and we don't repurpose it. You can export or delete it.
Does the shared "brain" leak my data to other customers?
The cross-campaign brain learns patterns — which kinds of segments, copy, and timing tend to convert — not your contacts or messages. Your raw leads, copy, and sends stay in your workspace. The brain is the compounding advantage; your data stays yours.
