Campaign Architect provides software to build and run outbound email campaigns. Access requires an account; you are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree to use the service only for lawful outbound to recipients you have a lawful basis to contact. No spam, no purchased/scraped lists you lack rights to use, no unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that threaten deliverability or violate these terms.
You are responsible for your sending domains/accounts and for compliance with anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR). We enforce technical guardrails (rate caps, bounce/complaint thresholds) but make no guarantee of inbox placement.
Paid plans (when available) are billed per the plan you select. Pricing and refund terms are pending finalisation (see banner).
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified.
