Campaign Architect is an outbound-email platform operated by Cursus Capital ("we", "us"). Contact: hampus@cursuscapital.co.
Account data (email, hashed password, workspace name); campaign data you create; sending-account credentials you connect (encrypted at rest); and prospect contact data sourced or imported into your workspace. We process this to provide the service.
When you run outbound campaigns you act as a controller of the prospect data in your workspace and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those recipients under applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, PECR). We act as a processor for that data on your instructions.
Passwords are stored hashed; connected SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest. Retention periods are pending finalisation (see banner).
You may request access, correction, export, or erasure of your account data. Account deletion cascades to your workspace data.
